I am glad to hear that extension season is finally over. It must feel good to close the book on 2007. And when one book closes, another one opens.
For many, the next few months are a transition period for developing their practice in 2008. Some will focus on operational changes, others will add additional services, and some will aggressively market their practice to acquire more business clients.
Here at BYF, we have been making a few transitions ourselves. For example, our Practice Marketing Workshop is now one full day and we will be launching a dedicated Practice Management program next season. Also, our Outsourced Marketing and Level 2 programs have been discontinued and replaced by a Quarter Million Dollar Program ($250,000+), which is a three year program.
I encourage you to take advantage of the transition period to accomplish your business goals.

If you have a “systematic approach” to marketing and selling, your results will be far more effective than some fly by the seat of your pants approach. That’s because a systematic approach is more predictable and consistent in delivering the results you want.
Systematic Approaches Are Used Everyday
Each weekend while watching sports, we see leading athletes use a systematic approach to deliver consistent, and superior, results. In basketball, the systematic approach used by Steve Nash, Dirk Novitski and J.J. Redick for free throw shooting is far more effective than watching the approach used by Shaquille O’Neil and Ben Wallace. In golf, Tiger Woods and Phil Michelson use a systematic approach every single shot.
