Goal:

Rapidly grow Professional Services firm.  To rapidly grow the practice, they considered acquisitions, strategic initiatives and marketing the practice for lead generation.   

Background:

A firm in Southern California provides accounting, legal and management consulting services.  To rapidly grow the firm and learn how to market their services to businesses, Richard attended Build Your Firm’s (BYF) Practice Marketing program to learn how to rapidly acquire new accounting clients with the goal of cross-selling additional services. 

After attending BYF’s program, Richard elected to try BYF’s Outsourced Marketing program.  Also, he managed to reach agreement on the acquisition of a large accounting firm.  The acquisition fell through AFTER they acquired large office space and hired staff to handle the work load. 

After the acquisition fell through, Richard expanded his engagement with BYF to quickly ramp up the practice and cover the overhead. 

Results:

In a one year period,  Richard managed to acquire over $300,000 in new business based on BYF’s Outsourced Marketing program and services.  With BYF’s program, they acquire 3 to 5 new clients per month. 

With BYF’s Outsourced Marketing program, they have acquired a wide range of clients.  Some of the clients are small businesses that are very simple to manage.  Others are large international clients from China, Austria, South Africa and Australia.  Below is what Richard had to say:
