30%+ Growth in One Year

Goal:

Increase recurring revenues by a net of 10%+ per year (+$25,000 – 30,000 annually) from small business clients and non-profits.  I was not interested in targeting once-a-year tax return business. 

Background:

In April, Marc acquired a practice in Gainesville, Florida.  Shortly after integrating the acquired practice with his own practice, Marc contacted Build Your Firm (BYF) about learning to organically growing his practice using a turnkey marketing program towards the end of the year.
